仙台市、「利久東口本店」の牛たん【極】定食

仙台市、「利久東口本店」の牛たん【極】定食

更新が滞るとネタだけがひたすらたまってしまう・・・
ということでこれまた少し前の話で恐縮ですが、
今回のカブログは年末年始帰省した際によった
利久東口本店について書きました。

いつの間にやら仙台人のソウルフードと化した牛タン。
いやあ、ほんとにね、行けばわかると思うんですが、
牛タン屋さんがほんとにこれでもか！ってくらいにあるんですよ。
駅中だけでも4、5店舗（牛タンロードとかいってる）あるんじゃないかな。

牛タンって観光客だけが食べる名産品ではなく、
地元の人にも愛される名産品って感じで昔からよく食べてた記憶があります。
もちろんそれなりに値がはるのでしょっちゅうってわけにはいきませんけどもね。
それでどこの牛タン屋さんが美味いんだって話をしたりするんですが、
僕含め、結局のところ今回紹介する利久ってお店に落ち着きます。
一般的な観光雑誌なんかには伊達の牛タンか、
牛タンの発祥店太助が紹介されてると思いますが（今は違うかも）、
地元の人はだいたい利久っていうんじゃないかな。
それこそ県外の人なんかはどこだっていっしょだろ！なんて思うかもしれないんですが、
味の違いがお店によって結構あります。切り込みの入れ方とか。
好みがあると思うので色々店舗まわるのもいいと思いますが、
まずは利久で舌鼓をうってみるのがよいと思います。

それで利久についてですが、
いつの間にやらかなりの店舗（のれんわけ）がでてまして、
これまたやっかいなことにお店によってクオリティが違かったりするんですよ。
僕も全店制覇したわけではありませんが、ブレもそんなにないかなと思うのが、
この東口本店です。だいたいうまい。

そしてメニューですが、僕はいつも決まって牛たん【極】定食を頼みます。
肉厚でがっつりうまいもん食ってる感がたまらない。
限定とか書いてたりしますが、断られたことはないので、
いつ頼んでも基本的に大丈夫だと思います。

僕は帰省するたんびにこの利久東口本店の牛たん【極】定食を
必ず食いにいくことが決まりごとのひとつみたいになってまして、
これを食べてようやく帰ってきたことを実感するほどです。
それだけうまい。

前置きはいいとして、実際に写真を。

麦飯、テールスープ、牛タンが基本セット。
オプションでとろろを追加。
とろろには黄身が入ってて混ぜ混ぜして食べると
これがまた死ぬほどうまい。
ちなみに僕は少し七味と醤油を足して楽しみます。

（ただいま深夜3時、腹がぐーぐーなりすぎて死にそうになりながら書いてます）。

まずは牛タンだけでもぐもぐ。
次にご飯と牛タンでもぐもぐ。
ご飯が半分くらいになったらトロロをぶっかけ
まずはそのトロロご飯だけでモグモグ。
さらに牛タンとトロロご飯でモグモグモグモグ。
テールスープを飲んでしめる。
僕はいつもこのパターンで食べてます。
死ぬほどうまいです。
僕の最後の晩餐はこれで！と決めてるくらい大好きな一品です。
仙台に遊びに行き、どこの牛タン屋がいいかなーって迷ったさいには
ぜひぜひ候補のひとつにしてみてくださいな。

いやあ、書いててほんとに食べたくなってきた。
ほんとこんな時間（AM3:00）にこんな記事書くのは無謀だな・・・
